Nunawading Extension & Renovation

This project began like many do. A tired rear section of the home, a kitchen layout that no longer worked, and a laundry and toilet that offered minimal space and functionality.

The brief was not about making the home fancy. It was about making it work better.

Scotia Construction stripped back the rear of the home and extended the living space, adding a 3 × 5 pergola and new composite decking to create an outdoor area that could actually be used. Inside, the kitchen was completely removed and rebuilt with new cabinetry and stone benchtops, while the toilet and laundry were extended to provide the space they should have had from day one.

Just as important as the finished result was how the job ran. The homeowners told us the experience was pleasant, with an approachable team that communicated clearly throughout the build. That is no accident. It reflects how Scotia Construction works on every project.
