Hampton Decking

What started as a safety issue quickly became a complete transformation. The original hardwood deck and framing were in poor condition and needed to be fully removed before any new work could begin.

Scotia Construction rebuilt the deck from the ground up using Spotted Gum, pre-oiled with Cutek Colourtone for durability and long-term protection. A full-width set of steps was added to improve access, along with sharp, clean edging details to finish the space properly.

The result is a solid, low-maintenance outdoor area that feels intentional, well built, and ready to be used year-round.
