Full labour-only carpentry package

This project was something special. A high-spec, architecturally detailed home delivered for one of Scotia Construction’s longest-standing builder clients.

The brief was clear from the start: quality above all else.

Scotia Construction delivered a wide scope of carpentry works, including full-height pre-finished doors and jambs, powder-coated stainless steel skirting, profiled timber cladding to the cinema room, and a rendered boundary wall designed to support a hanging garden. The project also included a complete fit-off of door and sanitary hardware.
