For this St Kilda restaurant, Scotia Construction helped translate a bold concept into a space with just as much character as the menu. The client came to us with a clear vision and trusted us to bring it to life, which is always when the best work happens.

Rope screens divide the space without losing energy. Warm timber adds texture and depth, while acoustic panels balance the atmosphere and keep the space comfortable. Every detail ties back to the restaurant’s identity. Layered, confident, and full of personality.
